Families travelling through Heathrow will be treated to swizzfiggling fun, swashboggling sausage and mash and squiggly spaghetti as the airport celebrates the world’s number one storyteller, Roald Dahl this October half term.
With 1.8 million passengers set to take off between 17 October and 3 November, some of Roald Dahl’s best-loved – and indeed best-loathed - characters will be on hand to make sure each and every journey is smooth, entertaining and fun.

Claire Field, Acting Director of the Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre, said;
‘We are absolutely thrilled to be taking some of the Roald Dahl magic to Heathrow this half-term. Roald Dahl famously wrote ‘watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it.’ This half-term, there will be Roald Dahl secrets and fun to be discovered in each and every terminal so keep your eyes peeled at all times.’
